1. 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAll disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws. Pharaoh Fortune may at its sole discretion opt to resolve any dispute through arbitration in lieu of judicial proceedings, provided that such resolution complies fully with applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis Agreement is governed by, and will be construed exclusively according to, the laws. Each User hereby submits themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any court or tribunal.

11. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OR CONTROLPharaoh Fortune has the right to transfer all rights, interests and obligations under this Agreement in whole or part without prior consent.

12. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATAThe collection and storage by Pharaoh Fortune of Users' personal information and data are subject to our Privacy Policy (located on our Website) that details how your User ID is collected, stored, used and protected.

13. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTYPharaoh Fortune disclaims all express or implied warranties, representations, terms, conditions as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, performance, condition, design or suitability for any particular purpose or use of our Services or Website.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event shall Pharaoh Fortune be liable for (1) consequential damage; (2) indirect loss (including but not limited to business interruption and lost profits); (3) punitive damages; (4) exemplary damages; and/or (5) any other type of non-monetary or monetary compensation.

15. TERMINATIONPharaoh Fortune reserves the right at its sole discretion, without prior notice, to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in case of breach of these Terms by you, misuse or abuse of our Services, fraudulent behavior, failure to comply with laws and regulations in your Licensing Jurisdiction.

16. NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONSAll notices under or related to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement shall be given either orally or through postal service or electronic communication.

17. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSPharaoh Fortune reserves the right at its sole discretion without prior notice, including amendments and modifications made through Pharaoh Fortune's Website.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement sets out the entire understanding between you (User) and us. The terms of this Agreement supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users acknowledge that they have reviewed them in full and fully understand all clauses and implications of such a review.
